Finley Products is a marketer of products that allow the consumer to easily build residential projects just by adding 2x4 lumber to its innovative array of injection molded and metal connecter components. The majority of applications for the Finley Products center around active home storage and organization and outdoor furniture. Finley has marketed these products under the 2 X 4 Basics brand through home improvement, general hardware, automotive aftermarket and catalog retailers across the US, Canada and Japan.

“The 2 X 4 Basics brand is a natural line extension for Blitz USA”, reports Flick. “The acquisition will enable Blitz to increase penetration with its current customer base as well as penetrate new markets as we achieve our strategic growth initiative of providing Great Stuff for the Garage to Garden. This is an exciting acquisition for Blitz USA because it fits our core competency in metal and plastic manufacturing. “

Blitz USA, located in Miami, Oklahoma, is a domestic manufacturer of portable fuel containers, oil change products and automotive lift products. The newest product category venture for Blitz USA is in the area of active storage and organization.
